Absence of t-bars, i-dots, and sometimes j-dots. Forgetful. Not attentive to details.

Absentmindedness is common but shows up particularly with a missing "t" bar or dot over the letter "i" or "j". This is not to be confused with a dot far to the left or right which has more to do with inaccuracy and lateness.
Just as you would imagine this person either lacks the ability to concentrate on what they are doing or they are concentrating so hard on one thing that they forget everything else. This can often describe someone's behavior in the moment or can even be corrected by purposefully concentrating on adding in the "i" dots and "t" bars.
