Heavy pressured t-bar which is directed downward and it remains extremely heavy to its end (no ending point.) The dominant person tends to be in control and likes it. He takes charge making people follow directions without angering them.

Dominant is shown by down slanted t-bar, to the right. The dominant person tends to be in control and likes it. A blunt ending signifies dominant, he can take charge without angering those around him.
Often this trait is desirable in a team leader or manager who is comfortable in a place of authority and can give clear direction to others, especially when the person has integrity and a desire for responsibility.
