Double loops on top of the o which almost or barely touch. One who shades the truth or misleads with clear intention, usually from a fear of consequences from the truth.
Intentional deceit is shown by a combination of loops on the right and left side of the letter o and a at the top where they almost or just touch but do not really overlap.
These people know when they are lying and usually do so to avoid consequence, or for some other benefit.
